Build a shop for someone, then hand it over
You can now set up a shop for someone else, for example with an AI agent, and hand it over when it is ready.
How it works
- In the Builder, open the shop and choose Hand over shop.
- Create a link and send it to the new owner.
- They open it, sign in or create an account, and accept.
The new owner gets the shop, its dashboard and AI agent access. You stay on as an admin, so you can keep helping until they remove you. The link works once and expires after 14 days.
Since October 28, the link also works for people who aren't signed in yet: they see which shop they are taking over, then sign in or sign up and land straight on it.
