Admins and shop handover

A shop has one owner and any number of admins. Both work in the Builder, the shop dashboard and connected AI agents.

Invite an admin

1. In the Builder, open your shop and choose Team.
2. Choose Invite admin and copy the link.
3. Send the link to the person you want to add. Whoever opens it in the next 14 days, signs in and accepts becomes an admin.

Admins have full access to the shop, its dashboard and AI agents (Connect an AI agent). Only the owner can hand over the shop and manage Premium billing.

Remove an admin

In Team, choose Remove next to the admin. They lose access to the shop, its dashboard and connected agents.

Hand over a shop

Use this when you set up a shop for someone else, for example with an AI agent, and they should own it.

1. In the Builder, open the shop and choose Hand over shop.
2. Choose Create link, then Copy link, and send it to the new owner.
3. The new owner opens the link, signs in or creates an account, and accepts. The link works for 14 days and only once.

The new owner gets the shop, its dashboard and agent access. You stay on as an admin, and the new owner can remove you in Team.
