Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopsBuilder: the store builder, the stores created with it, the ShopsBuilder MCP server, and related websites and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, you accept them for that company.
The Telegram bot version of ShopsBuilder has its own terms.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by AI agents you connect to it.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Services
ShopsBuilder lets you create and run online stores: products, prices, stock, orders, shipping, payments, storefronts and store management through AI agents. We may add, change or remove features. We will tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce the Services you pay for.
3. Your store and content
- You own the content you upload: product information, images, texts and branding ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, display and process Your Content only as needed to run and improve the Services and to show your store.
- You are the seller in your store. You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service and for following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and data protection laws.
- You are responsible for your customers' personal data and must give them a privacy notice. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. AI agents
You can connect AI agents (such as Claude) to your account through the ShopsBuilder MCP server. A connected agent acts with your account's permissions and can read and change your stores.
- You decide which agents to connect and what to ask them to do. Review previews and confirm changes before an agent makes them.
- Actions taken by an agent you connected are treated as your actions.
- The AI client is a third-party service under its own terms. We are not responsible for its output or for mistakes it makes.
- You can disconnect an agent or revoke its access at any time, as described in Connect an AI agent.
5. Payments
- Store payments. Customers pay your store through payment providers you choose and connect. Those payments are between you and your customers. ShopsBuilder does not hold your sales proceeds and does not handle refunds or chargebacks for store orders.
- ShopsBuilder plans. Paid plans are billed in advance by our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in the builder; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your plan.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods or services;
- mislead or defraud customers, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- send spam or malware, or attack, overload or probe the Services;
- access accounts, stores or data that aren't yours, or get around usage limits;
- resell or copy the Services without our written permission.
We may remove content, suspend a store or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
7. Third-party services
The Services work with third-party services such as payment providers, AI clients, Telegram and hosting providers. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Our intellectual property
ShopsBuilder, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights to them other than to use the Services.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ShopsBuilder is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law. After termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and notify account holders of significant changes. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
13. Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If we can't, the dispute will be resolved by mediation or arbitration as the parties agree.
